Julie graduated with a BA (Hons) Fine Art specialising in drawing and printmaking and the graduated with the Diploma in Botanical Painting from The English Gardening School.She is a member of Hampton Court Palace Florilegium Society and of Bedgebury Pinetum Florilegium Society. Her work has been shown at the Horsebridge Gallery, Whitstable (Brogdale National Fruit Collection) 2011, Marle Place, Goudhurst, Bedgebury Florilegium Society 2013, the Botanical Exhibition at Westonbirt, The National Arboretum 2012 and Tunbridge Wells Museum, Excitement and Exploration, Plant Hunters Past and Present, 2014.
