Susan gained an English Gardening School Diploma in Botanical Painting at the Chelsea Physic Garden in 2003. She exhibited at the Mall Galleries with the Chelsea Botanical Painters in 2005 and held an exhibition with two other botanical artists at the Suffolk Arts Festival in 2006. She is a founder member of the Hampton Court Florilegium Society with paintings held in the Hampton Court archives and has exhibited at the Hampton Court Palace Florimania and Gardens Exhibitions. Other paintings are in private collections. Susan was part of the group that gained a RHS silver award for their group exhibition in 2009.
